Stock indexes reflect changes in the prices of financial instruments. For example, the stock index S&P 500 includes the shares of 500 “blue chips” and reflects their total capitalization, which allows a trader to analyse the direction and rate of the US economy quotes movement.

We offer you to create your own unique indexes for analysing the currency market state. A single index can show the state of the US dollar against the 7 major currencies EUR, GBP, AUD, NZD, CAD, CHF, and JPY. These derivative instruments reflect general dynamics of popular currencies with respect to each other. If USDLFX consolidates, the USD starts to grow against all currencies.

The QuotesGenerator plugin creates a flow of quotes for any symbols in MetaTrader4. When adding your own symbols to trading server configuration, the plugin can set an LFX-index that your symbol will be associated with.

The plugin can associate "YourSymbol" "LFX-index" with one of the following indexes: USDLFX, EURLFX, GBPLFX, AUDLFX, NZDLFX, CADLFX, CHFLFX, LFXJPY.

LFX-indexes are generated as per their algorithms on the basis of the following pairs: EURUSD, GBPUSD, AUDUSD, NZDUSD, <USDCAD, USDCHF, USDJPY

Thus, the plugin allows for specifying up to 8 symbols with a unique flow of quotes. It will be useful if you plan to create your own brand indexes for the clients.

Settings:

FloatingSpread – a flag for calculating floating spread quotes

MaxSkipDupPeriodSecs – a period of skipping identical calculation quotes (calculated in seconds)

SymbName_USDLFX – a symbol name in MT4 corresponding to the USDLFX symbol

SymbName_EURLFX – a symbol name in MT4 corresponding to the EURLFX symbol

SymbName_GBPLFX –a symbol name in MT4 corresponding to the GBPLFX symbol

SymbName_AUDLFX –a symbol name in MT4 corresponding to the AUDLFX symbol

SymbName_NZDLFX – a symbol name in MT4 corresponding to the NZDLFX symbol

SymbName_CADLFX – a symbol name in MT4 corresponding to the CADLFX symbol

SymbName_CHFLFX – a symbol name in MT4 corresponding to the CHFLFX symbol
